William Imbrie brings 35 years of experience in international security and foreign policy to the Marvel Board of Advisors.
Mr. Imbrie served as a career Foreign Service officer in the US Department of State with postings in Washington, Amman, Muscat, London, Paris and Brussels where he focused on the Middle East and Europe with a special interest in multilateral affairs including as Director for UN political, peacekeeping, and humanitarian affairs and international sanctions. After retirement, he worked as senior director for international programs at DynCorp International where his responsibilities included government relations and business development and supported DynCorp’s government relations programs with the executive branch, NSC, Congress, and US government oversight agencies.
Mr. Imbrie served in the U.S. Navy and is a graduate of the National War College in National Security Strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
