Joan H. Patton

Joan Patton serves as the firm’s Secretary of the Corporation. She began her career at PaineWebber, working first as an institutional trader and later as an investment advisor. Following the firm’s acquisition by UBS, Joan continued her tenure there, ultimately serving as a vice president for 25 years. A dedicated supporter of civic and cultural institutions, Joan is a board member of the Boston Public Library, the Esplanade Association, and the Watch Hill Conservation Society. In recognition of her contributions, the Esplanade Association honored Joan at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, for her service on the Board. She also serves on the Watch Hill Parks Commission and holds the title of President Emeritus at the Watch Hill Memorial Library and Improvement Society. Joan is a member of the Four Arts Circle of The Four Arts Society Palm Beach, and a Supporting Member of the Norton Museum Palm Beach. She earned her MBA from New York University and holds a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
